POSTAGE & DELIVERY

E L L E R Y delivers Australia wide & Internationally.

We use Fastway Courier Express satchels or  Australia Post satchels/boxes for all Australia deliveries.

We use Harrison Logistic Courier service for International deliveries.

Deliveries within Australia

Deliveries within Australia can arrive within 1-7 days from the date of order, not including weekends or public holidays.

Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows.

International Deliveries

E L L E R Y uses Harrison Logistics Couriers.

Deliveries made internationally can arrive between 5-9 business days, depending on zone. International deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please indicate your daytime address to ensure it is signed for upon delivery.

All parcels can be tracked here http://www.harrisonlogistics.com.au. Ellery will send you your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duty Fees

All international orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Orders over the value of $1000 receive free postage **

International: $50 flat rate*

All product prices indicated and payments made on Elleryland are in Australian Dollar currency. All prices are GST inclusive.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only except exchanges on sale items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of purchase. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. E L L E R Y must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.

Please email customercare@elleryland.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). You must notify of the reason for the return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
